Upon submitting your application, we review your qualifications and
and either will lend you the money directly or go to one of the 50
or so bankers we correspond with. Either way, we intend to procure
you the lowest possible rate available in the market.

TO 10-DAY CLOSING
We strive to close loans promptly. We can close your loan as fast
or as slow as you wish. If you provide us with all the necessary documents
we ask and an appraisal is done timely, we can close your loan in
7 to 10 days from the completion of the appraisal. If you desire to
close after the 7 to 10 days, we will have no problem with it.
NO
MORTGAGE INSURANCE
Mortgage insurance is required upon borrowing more than 80% of the
value of a home. However, with LoanSavvy.com, in most instances, no
mortgage insurance will be required. If we place you with a certain
bank that requires mortgage insurance, then, it may apply.
SAME-DAY
APPROVAL
Upon completing an application and submitting it to us, we will strive
to answer a customer within one (1) hour. At certain times of the
day, however, we may have to answer several hours later due to time
of day. For example, if a customer applies at 2:00 AM, our time, which
we encourage, we may not be able to answer until 7:30 AM, our time.
